This is the Interim Report of the "Expert Committee" constituted by the Government(karnataka) to Study the requirements of Amendments to certain Acts and Rules in the Context of Constitution of a State CAD(Command Area Development) Council and Reconstitution of CAD Boards and Constitution of Farmers' Associations.
The Interim Report has been found necessary to expedite decisions at the Government level on certain changes in the legal framwork as well as the administrative and institutional arrangements.
