Participatory Irrigation Management in Karnataka - Interim Report Submitted by Expert Committee

This is the Interim Report of the "Expert Committee" constituted by the Government (karnataka) to Study the requirements of Amendments to certain Acts and Rules in the Context of Constitution of a State CAD (Command Area Development) Council and Reconstitution of CAD Boards and Constitution of Farmers' Associations.

The Interim Report has been found necessary to expedite decisions at the Government level on certain changes in the legal framework as well as the administrative and institutional arrangements.
The Expert Committee comprised of the following members :
