Project Advisory Committee (PAC)

A ten member international Project Advisory Committee meets once a year, half-way the project year (total of 5 meetings in 5 years). Representatives of the project’s funding agencies will also be invited as member-observers. It discusses the report on the previous period and has to approve the work-plan for the coming year. The meetings will be of 2-day duration.

Partner Institutions’ Meetings (PIM)

Immediately preceding the yearly meeting of the international Project Advisory Committee representatives of the partner institutions will meet, and present the results of their evaluation and planning meeting at the PAC meeting. The CB Project Office will prepare the meetings. The representatives of the partner institutions will include a senior faculty (who can take decisions on behalf of the partner institution) and the faculty appointed as the day-to-day liaison for the project (Project Coordinator). The meetings will be of 2-day duration.
