Ms. Judith D. Christiana holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Human Resources) from Indira Gandhi National Open University, Delhi. She brings over 24 years of experience in administration and human resources. Prior to joining SaciWATERs, she served for 12 years as Senior Administrative Officer at the International Water Management Institute (IWMI), ICRISAT, Patancheru. As HR Head at SaciWATERs, she is responsible for recruitment, staffing, training and development and performance monitoring, alongside providing broad administrative support to researchers and staff.
